Courier

Document courier & delivery

Paperwork often has to be somewhere else before it counts. We collect and hand-deliver documents between signers, title companies, lenders, and attorneys, return completed loan packages, and make recording runs to the county clerk. Courier work can be added to a signing or booked entirely on its own — no notarization required.
